Get to Know Heather

IVMe Wellness & Aesthetics in Milwaukee is a Third Ward clinic for IV hydration, vitamin shots, filler, skincare, and more, led by Co-Founder and nurse practitioner Heather Herrick. Heather spent the first 10 years of her career as a pediatric nurse, also working part-time at a local med spa. She then took a professional leap to start IVMe. “The chance to combine my injectables experience with a full suite of functional medicine to help patients achieve their health, beauty & recovery goals—it's a dream come true.”

HOW IT STARTED

IVme Milwaukee On Social

Before choosing Small Studio for Social Media Management, Heather was doing a wonderful job of posting regularly to her account, @medicalaestheticsbyheather. She was showing up and giving her community the type of content they were craving. 

 We came into the picture because Heather wanted social posting off her plate. Not only that, we were able to ensure a polished, branded look and feel for each post. By partnering with Small Studio, Heather knew her social presence would stay active and elevated. 

Social Media Goals

The goal with Koehn & Koehn was to bring consistency, personality, and life to the feed. They wanted to share expertise and establish Koehn & Koehn as masters in their industry with fair prices and meaningful connections. The aim was to grow the engagement, following, and customer base during the busiest season in jewelry: the holidays through Valentine’s Day.

Goals Met.

Working with Koehn & Koehn during peak wedding-engagement season, we implemented some impactful changes. We carried their sunny yellow color throughout the posts, unifying the feed and signaling to folks “this is Koehn & Koehn—not any old jewelry shop.” We brought variety to the types of posts, featuring products while also educating and spotlighting wedding-engagement stories.

The stats: Total net audience growth across Instagram and Facebook increased by 13.5%. Incoming messages received increased by 95.4%—meaning followers were so engaged with the Koehn & Koehn content, they took the time to reach out. That’s a big deal! Impressions increased by 23.4%, engagement increased by 30.3%, and engagement per impression increased by 5.6%.
